Customize your pieces
You can order a piece from our online catalog.
You can ask us to customize the colors for any piece we offer in our online catalog.
You can send us your measurements for a specific piece of furniture; we will produce blueprints and make the piece itself.
At your request, we can inscribe (paint) your name on the inside of pieces, such as chests or wardrobes.

  Payment and shipping
Write or email us for custom prices and shipping costs.
Prices are in $US, F.O.B our Montreal studio. We accept most credit cards an e-checks via PayPal. It costs you nothing to join and pay via PayPal, the most trusted payment gateway on the Internet.
We have worked out excellent discounts with UPS but we can arrange other shipping methods, if you prefer. We deliver in 8-12 weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece(s).  If there is any problem with deadlines, we will notify you before completing your order.

  Returns procedure
Any item returned to us for any reason, be it for a refund or exchange must adhere to the following procedure: contact us and give us all the details. We will than issue you a "return number" which must be clearly posted on the outside as well as the inside of the carton. We will not accept any returned item without this number. We will not accept returns sent C.O.D.

  Refunds
All merchandise returned for refund is subject to 15% charge plus any additional shipping incurred.
All returns for refund must be in original packaging, unused and in resaleable condition. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Requests for refunds must be received by us within 10 days of delivery.

  Exchanges
If our product has not lived up to your expectations, you can return it for exchange within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we are not able to cover your shipping charges, back and forth.

  Shipping damages
Contact your local UPS carrier to fill out a damage CLAIM. They will return the package to us and we will refund 100 % of your money or remake the item.

  Cancellatios
If you have to cancel your order for any reason, contact us immediately. You will be responsible for shipping charges if the product has already been shipped, and you must return it at your expense. Your money will be promptly refunded, less our standard 15% restocking charge.
